Pamela Iniguez is a seasoned lending and real estate professional with more than 18 years of experience spanning mortgage origination, commercial lending, escrow and real estate brokerage. She began her career as a loan processor and quickly advanced into mortgage loan origination, serving as an in-house lender for one of the largest Real Estate Teams in Los Angeles. Over the course of her career, Pamela has managed high-volume lending teams, trained underwriters and processors, and led operational strategies for a nationwide company with branches in more than 25 states.

Today, Pamela is the co-founder of Society Lending and Society Lending Commercial where she specializes in commercial loan structuring, SBA financing, DSCR, bridge loans, and creative lending solutions for investors and entrepreneurs. With deep knowledge of both residential and commercial lending, she partners with clients to secure financing for acquisitions, construction, and long-term growth.

Known for her strategic vision and client-first approach, Pamela has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to investors, developers, and business owners.
